What Personal Data We Collect
We collect only the data that is necessary for enrollment processing and program delivery:
Enrollment Form Data
- Full Name
- Email Address
- WhatsApp Number
- City of Residence
- Home Address
- Selected Program
B2B Inquiry Form Data (Universities & Companies)
- Contact person name, email, and WhatsApp number
- Institution or company name and city
- Nature of inquiry or requirements
What we do NOT collect: Payment card details, bank account numbers, government ID numbers, biometric data, or any sensitive personal data as defined under Pakistani law.
How We Collect Your Data
We collect personal data through the following means only:
- Online enrollment forms on our website (hunarup.com)
- B2B inquiry forms for university and corporate partnerships
- Direct WhatsApp communication when you contact us voluntarily
We do not use cookies for tracking, do not run analytics scripts that profile individual users, and do not collect any data through passive means such as browser fingerprinting.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Confirming and processing your program enrollment
- Communicating program schedules, updates, and logistics via WhatsApp or email
- Issuing completion certificates or credentials upon program completion
- Responding to your B2B or general inquiries
- Sending program announcements for future cohorts (you may opt out at any time)
We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing by third parties, sale to data brokers, profiling, or automated decision-making that affects your rights.
Data Storage & Security
Enrollment data submitted through our website is transmitted to and stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. Google Workspace operates under its own Privacy Policy and security standards.
HUNAR-UP does not operate its own database servers or store personal data locally on our web servers. No payment information is ever stored by HUNAR-UP — all payments are processed directly through EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer channels, or Stripe.
While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure. By submitting your data, you acknowledge this inherent risk. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected individuals within a reasonable timeframe.
Third-Party Sharing
HUNAR-UP does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
The only parties with access to your data are:
- PREP-Karo (PVT) LTD and enARtifi (PVT) LTD staff directly involved in program delivery
- Google LLC — as the infrastructure provider for Google Sheets/Apps Script, subject to Google's own Privacy Policy
- Stripe, Inc. / EasyPaisa / JazzCash — only when you initiate a payment directly through their platforms; HUNAR-UP does not transmit your data to them
We may disclose your data if required by Pakistani law, court order, or government authority.
Data Retention
We retain your enrollment and contact data for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Administer the program you enrolled in
- Issue certificates and maintain academic records
- Comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hi@hunarup.com. We will action deletion requests within 14 working days, except where retention is required by law.

Minors & Younger Students
HUNAR-UP has no minimum age requirement and welcomes all individuals who can competently use a laptop. However, we recognize that some participants may be under 18 years of age.
If a participant is a minor, we encourage parental or guardian awareness of enrollment and data submission. HUNAR-UP does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted data without consent, please contact us at hi@hunarup.com for immediate deletion.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes via WhatsApp or email.
Continued use of HUNAR-UP services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
