Parties & Governing Entity

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Client") and HUNAR-UP, a joint program operated by:

Both entities are jointly responsible for the operation of HUNAR-UP. These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Programs & Services Offered

HUNAR-UP offers the following educational programs, each with its own pricing, duration, and delivery format:

• Matrix Lab — A multi-session intensive covering AI, AR, VR and 3D Modelling. Fee: PKR 2,000.
• Workshops (AI Discovery, Client Comms) — Single-day focused sessions. Fee: PKR 999 each.
• Bootcamps (AI & Automation, AR/VR Dev, Game Dev, 3D Modelling) — 6-week intensive programs. Fee: PKR 25,000 each.
• B2B Services — University lab partnerships and corporate talent programs available under separate agreements.

HUNAR-UP reserves the right to modify program content, delivery format, schedule, and fees at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email.

Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment is completed by submitting the online registration form on our website and confirming payment. A seat is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise communicated in writing.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• There is no minimum age requirement. However, participants are expected to have functional laptop proficiency.
• HUNAR-UP reserves the right to decline or cancel any enrollment at its sole discretion.
• Programs may be cancelled or rescheduled due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Payment Terms

HUNAR-UP accepts payments through the following methods:

• Bank Transfer (primary preferred method)
• Stripe (international card payments)
• EasyPaisa
• JazzCash

All fees are quoted and payable in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Stripe payments may reflect exchange rates at the time of transaction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The following refund policy applies to all HUNAR-UP programs. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hi@hunarup.com or via WhatsApp to +92 339 4878881.

Matrix Lab PKR 2,000	Conditionally Refundable	Full refund if cancellation is made at least 3 working days before the commencement date. No refund after this window.
Bootcamps All 6-week programs	Non-Refundable	No refund once classes have commenced. Refund may be considered at HUNAR-UP's discretion in cases of documented medical emergency.
HUNAR-UP Cancels Any program	Full Refund	If HUNAR-UP cancels or permanently discontinues a program, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Student Conduct & Responsibilities

By enrolling, you agree to:

• Attend sessions with a functional laptop and adequate internet connection.
• Maintain respectful, professional conduct toward instructors and fellow students at all times.
• Not record, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course materials, sessions, or content without prior written consent from HUNAR-UP.
• Not use skills or tools learned in HUNAR-UP programs for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purpose.
• Complete any required assignments or projects as instructed by the program facilitators.

HUNAR-UP reserves the right to remove any participant from a program for misconduct without a refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, presentations, videos, and content provided by HUNAR-UP are the intellectual property of PREP-Karo (PVT) LTD and/or enARtifi (PVT) LTD. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use these materials solely for your personal learning during the enrolled program.

Projects and work created by students during programs remain the intellectual property of the student, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

HUNAR-UP, PREP-Karo (PVT) LTD, and enARtifi (PVT) LTD make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, freelance earnings, or specific skill acquisition timelines. All salary and income figures stated on our website are indicative market estimates only.

HUNAR-UP is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in any program.

Modifications to Terms

HUNAR-UP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of HUNAR-UP services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students via WhatsApp or email.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
